By accessing and using the Monarch Garment website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
No. 1
Customers must provide full, accurate, and legible information on the online Order Form and/or Measurement Chart. Monarch Garment is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
No. 2
The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, levies, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country where the package is to be delivered.
No. 3
Customers must allow up to 4 weeks for the processing and delivery of their orders. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.
No. 4
While every effort is made to accurately reproduce product colours, due to the nature of fabric dyes and screen variations, there may be slight differences between the displayed colour and the actual product.
No. 5
All items offered on our website are subject to availability at the time of placing an order.
No. 6
All transactions and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India ONLY.
No. 7
As most of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is defective at the time of delivery.
A garment that does not fit the customer does not qualify as defective, as customers are provided sufficient opportunity to ensure correct measurements before placing an order.
