At Monarch Garments, we understand that the true elegance of formal and ethnic wear lies in a precise fit. To ensure that every garment reflects both comfort and sophistication, we offer complimentary alteration support on eligible products.

Complimentary Alteration Service

Eligibility

  • Alteration services are available only for apparel purchased from Monarch Garments.

  • This includes garments such as:

    • Sherwanis

    • Bandhgalas

    • Dinner Jackets

    • Kurtas

    • Indo-Western outfits

  • Footwear, jewellery, and accessories are not eligible for alteration services.

Service Conditions

  • Alterations are provided free of cost.

  • Customers must visit a Monarch Garments store within 30 days of purchase to request alterations.

  • Presentation of the original invoice or online order confirmation is mandatory.

  • The expected completion timeline will be communicated by the store team at the time of submission.

Scope of Alteration

The complimentary service covers basic size and fit adjustments only, such as:

  • Length adjustment

  • Waist refinement

  • Sleeve adjustments

  • Minor fitting corrections

This service does not include:

  • Design modifications

  • Style changes

  • Fabric additions

  • Structural changes to the garment

  • Custom redesign or personalization

Alteration support is strictly limited to fit-related refinements.

Important Terms

  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase may not be accepted.

  • Once a garment has been altered, it becomes ineligible for return or refund.

  • The store’s responsibility is limited to alteration execution only. For concerns related to online orders, customers must contact Customer Support.

  • Alteration services are subject to the technical feasibility of the garment construction.
