Shipping & Delivery Policy – Monarch Garments

At Monarch Garments, we aim to deliver every order safely, promptly, and transparently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Orders are shipped from Jodhpur, Rajasthan (India).

Order Processing

  • Processing is carried out Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national or declared public holidays.
  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Overall delivery time from order placement may range between 15 to 21 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or high-volume sale periods.

Courier Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, Monarch Garments works with reputed third-party logistics partners, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • DHL
  • FedEx

Courier allocation depends on serviceability and operational efficiency.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is provided on all prepaid domestic orders.
  • No additional handling or packaging fees are charged.

Payment Methods

We offer secure online payment options, including:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets (such as Paytm)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Address & Order Details

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address with the correct pin code.
  • Orders can be shipped to only one address per order.
  • For multiple delivery locations, separate orders must be placed.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible for delivery failures arising from such entries.

Order Modification & Address Changes

  • Orders, once confirmed, cannot be modified.
  • Address change requests may be considered within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Requests after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

Partial Shipments

If multiple products are ordered together, we will attempt to ship them in a single consignment. However, in certain cases, items may be shipped separately based on availability or operational constraints.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to origin or held by the courier as per their policy.
  • Additional re-delivery costs, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.

Delays or Unavailability

  • In case of product unavailability or unexpected dispatch delays after payment, customers will be informed within 2 working days.
  • Suitable alternatives, refunds, or order cancellations will be offered as applicable.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided link or reference number.
